She/Her/Ella
Born and raised in San Antonio, TX, I identify as Chicana, Indigenous, and as a disrupter of systems of oppression. I believe in collective liberation and in creating spaces where healing, empowerment, and ancestral wisdom come together.
You deserve a safe place where all of you can be seen, heard, and honored.
A space built for who you are and all you carry — especially the parts you tucked away to survive systems that were never built for you — and where you’re supported as you reclaim them.
If you’re here, something in your life is asking for change. Maybe you’ve been to therapy before and didn’t feel understood, or worse, were harmed by it. Maybe you’ve spent a lifetime navigating systems steeped in white supremacy or oppression, carrying wounds that show up in your work, relationships, and sense of self. You may be doing everything you “should” to move forward, yet still feel stuck.
We don’t live life in a vacuum. The pain you carry didn’t begin with you, and it doesn’t exist in isolation. Our experiences are shaped by relationships, histories, environments, and systems — and healing must honor all of those layers. My role is to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, your power, and your wholeness.
A space built for who you are and all you carry.
My Approach:
My approach to therapy is rooted in autonomy, empowerment, and connection. I partner with you to uncover the strengths and inner resources you already carry so that, over time, therapy becomes something you no longer need. My work centers on helping you align with your values, identity, and ancestral wisdom while building the confidence to navigate life’s challenges with resilience.
Living in a brown, femme‑presenting body myself, I understand the unique challenges faced by historically marginalized and oppressed communities. If you’ve struggled to carve out space for yourself within ruptured systems, I offer a culturally responsive, social‑justice‑informed space where your experiences are honored and your identity is central to the work.
When you work with me, you receive more than surface‑level support — you gain access to deeply rooted, culturally grounded mental health care, individualized guidance, and tools that help you reclaim the parts of yourself shaped or silenced by oppressive systems.
Ketamine Assisted Therapy, Integration and Psychedelic Medicine
Healing intergenerational and historical wounds sometimes requires reconnecting with ancestral ways of knowing. Psychedelic medicines, when used intentionally, can open pathways to deeper insight, clarity, and self‑compassion.
Currently, Ketamine is the only legal psychedelic for therapeutic use in Texas. It has been shown to support healing from depression, anxiety, and PTSD. Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) uses the psychedelic experience to enhance self‑reflection and processing, allowing for deeper insight and personal growth.
I provide KAP in a collaborative, safe, and intentional way, integrating the work of a physician, the therapeutic process, and your own inner guidance. Dosing, pacing, and integration are always tailored to your unique healing journey.

Professional Experience
With over 15 years of experience, my work centers on supporting historically and intentionally marginalized communities. I am a member of a mental health rapid response team in Colorado through the IMatter program and have collaborated with case workers, CASA, legal professionals, and community organizations to provide advocacy, crisis support, and culturally responsive care.
I also provide business and clinical consultation for emerging and established mental health providers, offering guidance rooted in cultural responsiveness, sustainability, and liberation‑centered values.
I serve as the Clinical Director of Tree of Life Counseling Center and as the Founder and President of the Root of It Foundation, our sister nonprofit dedicated to community healing. My mission is to integrate ancestral wisdom, social‑justice‑informed therapy, and empowerment practices to help individuals and communities heal and thrive. At the heart of my work is a commitment to community‑rooted care — supporting people in strengthening their own networks of connection, resilience, and collective support so we can take care of one another.
My early work in San Antonio treatment facilities taught me that healing does not happen in solitude. When I founded Tree of Life Counseling Center, I built it with the belief that community, connection, and collective care are essential to liberation and wellness.
